EFLAND SEWER - NCDOT ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT <br />The Board authorized the County Manager to sign and execute a <br />"Blanket Encroachment Agreement" with NCDOT which will substantially reduce <br />the service delivery time frame necessitated by the current encroachment <br />process in which the County must request that NCDOT grant an individual <br />encroachment for construction of each new sewer tap/service lateral in the <br />Efland sewer system. <br />F. WALNUT GROVE CHURCH ROAD SOLID WASTE SITE AMENDED LEASE <br />The Board approved a revision to the lease agreement between <br />Thomas Walker and Orange County for the solid waste convenience center <br />Walnut Grove Church Road. This revision will accommodate land uses on <br />property currently leased by Orange County. <br />G. PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING PROPOSAL <br />hearing. <br />The Board set the public hearing date for November 14, 1995 <br />the Private Placement Financing Proposal in accordance with Statutory <br />Local Government Commission requirements and instructed the Clerk to <br />Board to advertise the Public Hearing Notice at least ten days prior <br />H.
