The other <br />two members of this Board will be Commissioner Halkiotis and Commissioner <br />Crowther. Tom Hefner will be paid a stipend of $100.00 per meeting. <br />Commissioner Willhoit said he would be willing to serve as an alternate if <br />necessary. <br />VOTE: AYES, 4; NOS, 1 (Commissioner Halkiotis). <br />XII.
