The Board <br />questioned Mr. Polatty ragardisig his due/subscxipkions line item and profession <br />ai services account. <br />Mr. l~latty spoke in fawn of restoring the electrical, inspecEor <br />pOSiti.on to his department which the Manager had cut. <br />Mr. Rib Addelson presented the Board with the II~ergy Office budget. - <br />_. ..__Representatives of both Sckwol districts in Orange. County were pre- . <br />sent and responded to questions regarding the amounts in fund balances. <br />Ms. Carolyn Freeman told the Board the Q~apel Hill Carrboro Schools had <br />about $300,000 unappropriated fund balance, built up aver several years on <br />the advice of their auditors; Mz.
