PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENTS FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> DISTRICT LOCATIONAL CRITERIA <br /> Planning Director Marvin Collins presented for Board consideration <br /> proposed amendments to the Land Use Element and Zoning Ordinance regarding <br /> locational criteria applicable to Economic Development Districts. The <br /> proposed amendments were presented at public hearing on May 23, 1994. No <br /> citizens spoke concerning either the amendments proposed by the Ordinance <br /> Review Committee or by Commissioner Gordon. The Planning Board considered the <br /> proposed amendments at its July 18, 1994 meeting and voted 9-1 to recommend <br /> approval of the amendments as recommended by the Ordinance Review Committee. <br />
