VOTING DELEGATE DESIGNATION FOR 1994 ANNIIAL NCACC CONFERENCE <br />The Board appointed Don Willhoit as the voting delegate <br />representing Orange County at the North Carolina Association of County <br />Commissioners (NCACC) Annual Conference in Asheville on August 25-28, 1994. <br />G. AGREEMENT BETWEEN ORANGE COUNTY AND IINC HOSPITALS FOR MEDICAID <br />CASEWORKERS <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign an agreement <br />between Orange County and UNC Hospitals for two hospital based DSS Medicaid <br />Intake Caseworkers. <br />H. AGREEMENT BETWEEN ORANGE COIINTY AND NORTHERN, BLIIE, ROOKS, THIBAIIT. <br />ANDERSON AND WOODS, L.L.P. FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign an agreement <br />between Orange County and Northen, Blue, Rooks, Thibaut, Anderson and Woods, <br />L.L.P. for DSS Legal services. <br />I. AGREEMENT BETWEEN ORANGE COIINTY AND THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH <br />CAROLINA HOSPITALS FOR SOCIAL WORKER I <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign an agreement <br />between Orange County and the University of North Carolina Hospitals for a <br />Social Worker I to provide certification and counseling services eight (8) <br />hours per week at the Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic. <br />J. HOME PROGRAM APPLICATION <br />The Board approved the submission of a 1994 HOME Program <br />Application for funds to continue rehabilitation program activities and <br />authorizing the Manager to sign the application upon the County Attorneys <br />review and approval. <br />1C. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) CONTRACT RENEWAL <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the contract <br />amendment with Human Affairs International which continues the Employee <br />Assistance Program for the period July 1, 1994 through June 30, 1995. <br />
