Mr. Baxter and Ms. Po]litzer noted <br />that a needs assessment of human sezvioes, case management and a study of <br />Federal funds taaild result in better caorciinatiQn between human servi_ae <br />agencies and a maxurzzatian of resources. <br />The Board thanked Mr. Baxter and Ms. Pollitzer for their presentation. <br />Mr. Harold Rogerson and Ms. ~7anice Schopler presented the budget re- <br />quest frown the Youth Services Needs Task Force.
