Vote: <br />;yes, 5; noes, 0. <br />B. Provider Delegate--Triangle J. EMS Council: There was some con- <br />cern that Dr. Sarah Dent was listed as a consur~ar delegate on the Triangle <br />~ EMS Council; the Board felt she should be designated a provider delegate <br />and Commissioner Willhoit so moved such a'designation for Dr. bent with Mr. <br />Lessig as fire alternate provider delegate, seconded by Commissioner Whitted. <br />4' <br />Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />The Cierk was instructed to advertise %wo consumer seats open (one <br />is an alternate). <br />C. Chapel Hill Board of Adjustment: Commissioner Baines announced <br />that she had just received notification of this vacancy this morning.
