Commissioner Barnes so moved the recommendation of the Purchasing <br />Director; Commissioner Whitted seconded the motion. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, <br />0. <br />Agenda Item 16: Financing of Metro Atlas <br />.- Commissioner Whitted moved to fund the County's pro rata share for <br />the Metro Atlas from Contingency in the amount of $897.00; Commissioner <br />Gustaveson seconded the motion. The County Attorney told the Board that <br />he had discovered that Chapel Hii•1 had a lien on the property for taxes which <br />was not included in the amount of purchase offered. Commissioner Whitted <br />moved to authorize the Chair execute the Deed and Resolution upon the in- <br />clusion of all fees and taxes and liens in the purchase price and upon the <br />revision of said Deed and Resolution by the County Attorney.
