11 <br />XI. APPOINTMENTS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Chair Carey <br />to reappoint Ginny Delong to a term ending September 30, 1994, to reappoint <br />Brenda Crowder-Gaines to a term ending September 30, 1996 and to appoint Pete <br />Richardson to an unexpired term ending September 30, 1994 on the Youth <br />Services Needs Task Force. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Insko, seconded by Commissioner <br />Gordon to appoint Cheri Rosemond to the Domiciliary Home Community Advisory <br />Board for a term ending November 1, 1994. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Insko, seconded by Commissioner <br />Halkiotis to appoint Keith Cook, Stephen Halkiotis and Meg Lianchantin to the <br />Triangle Community Activities Center Board of Directors. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XII. MINIITES <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner <br />Halkiotis to approve the minutes for October 5, 1993 and October 14, 1993 as <br />presented. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XIII. E%ECIITIVE SESSION <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by <br />Commissioner Insko to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss property <br />matters. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Chair Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Halkiotis to adjourn the Executive Session and to reconvene into Regular <br />Session. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XIV.
