Also, she feels that since <br />the impervious surface ratio in Cane Creek went to public hearing at 12$ and <br />what is being proposed is something more restrictive, this should be <br />advertised and go to public hearing. <br />In response to Commissioner Cordon's request from Norma White, <br />Planner Mary Willis clarified that Ms. White's concern was with an existing <br />business which will be treated the same as other businesses in the area. <br />Commissioner Insko suggested that everything, including the sliding <br />scale, be in the advertisement if it needs to be there. Geoffrey Gledhill <br />indicated it would be safe to include both the sliding scales. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Halkiotis to approve the notice as presented with an amendment <br />to include a rezoning application submitted by Paliouras Enterprises, Inc. <br />VOTE: AYES, 4; NOS, 1 (Commissioner Gordon) <br />IX.
