4 E. LAND RECORDS MANAGEMENT GRANT The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign a $5,000 Land Records Management Grant from the State of North Carolina. These grant funds will be applied to the County's GIS project, and are matched by County funds already included in the project budget. F. LEASE RENEWAL FOR CARR MILL MALL HEALTH CLINIC The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign a lease for space at Carr Mill Mall, the current location of the Health Department clinics for the southern portion of the County, for 5,280 square feet through June 30, 1996. Cost adjustments are listed in the agenda abstract. G. APPLICATION FOR THE 1993-94 STATE GRANTS PROGRAM FOR NONPROFIT HISTORICAL ORGANIZATIONS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENTITIES The Board approved the submission of the State Grants application in the amount of $48,000 for the graphics, layout, editing, and printing of the Inventory of Historic Architecture and Archaeological sites. H. FOX HILL FARM PHASE TWO SECTION A PRELIMINARY PLAN The property is located in Eno Township on the east side of Baldwin Road at the intersection with Miller Road. the total acreage of the area to be subdivided is 101.7 acres. Forty-three lots are proposed which average 2.25 acres in size. All lots will be served by individual wells and septic tanks. The first phase of Fox Hill Farm was approved in 1992 and is located on the west side of Baldwin Road south of Miller Road. The board approved the Preliminary Plan for Fox Hill Farm Phase Two Section A subject to the conditions contained in the Resolution of Approval as attached to these minutes on pages I. CLEARVIEW PRELIMINARY PLAN The property is located in Cheeks Township on the north side of West Ten Road, 2000 feet east of Buckhorn Road and south of Interstate 85/40. Current zoning is Residential-1 and Protected Watershed II, with a small portion in the Major Transportation Corridor. The total acreage of the tract is approximately 35.7 acres. The applicant proposes to create thirty lots on a new public loop road to be developed in three phases. The proposed lots will be served by individual wells and septic tanks with the exception of lots 22 and 25 which shall have easements for sewage disposal located on lots 23 and 24. The Board approved the Preliminary Plan for Clearview Subdivision with a public road built to State standards subject to the conditions contained in the Resolution of Approval as attached to these minutes on pages J. GRASSY CREEK PRELIMINARY PLAN The property is located on the south side of Sawmill Road West in Cedar Grove Township. Approximately twenty-seven acres are proposed to be developed out of a 77.8 acre tract. The property is not zoned. Lots will be served by individual wells and septic tanks. The Board approved the Preliminary Plan for Grassy Creek Subdivision with a Class A private road based on the findings contained in Section IV-B-3-d-1 of the Subdivision Regulations and subject to the conditions contained in the Resolution of Approval attached to these minutes on pages
