APPOINTMENTS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Insko, seconded by Commissioner <br />Halkiotis to appoint Barry Jacobs to the OWASA Board for a term ending June 30, <br />1996. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Insko, seconded by Chair Carey to <br />appoint P. Murali Doraisswamy to the EMS Advisory Council for an unexpired term <br />ending March 30, 1995. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner <br />Halkiotis to reappoint Florence Soltys, Ann Jacobs and Robin Lee to a term on <br />the Domiciliary Home Advisory Committee for terms expiring September 30, 1995. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Insko, seconded by Commissioner <br />Halkiotis to appoint Arnie Katz to the Chapel Hill Energy Task Force for a term <br />yet to be determined by this new committee. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XII. MINUTES <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Insko <br />to approve the minutes for the August 23, 1993 Quarterly Public Hearing as <br />presented. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XIII. EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Chair Carey to <br />go into Executive Session to discuss litigation. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner <br />Insko to adjourn the Executive Session and to reconvene into Regular Session <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XIV.
