2 <br /> 1993 . <br /> B. 1992-93 ANNUAL TAX SETTLEMENT <br /> The Board approved the report of taxes collected for year ending <br /> June 30, 1993 as attached to these minutes on pages <br /> C. FOREST SERVICE CONTRACT <br /> The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the annual <br /> agreement between Orange County and the North Carolina Department of <br /> Environment, Health and Natural Resources for the provision of support to the <br /> NC Forest Service in Orange County. The County match is $41,400 for fiscal <br /> year 1993-94 . <br /> D. RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR ELDERLY AND DISABLED TRANSPORTATION <br /> The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the renewal <br /> certified statement to continue participating in the N.C. Department of <br /> Transportation's Elderly and Disabled Transportation Assistance Program and <br /> the Medicaid Assistance Program for pregnant women and children. The <br /> voluntary program will provide a total of $25,796 to the Orange County C.A.T. <br /> Program for FY93-94 with $22, 607 for EDTAP and $3, 189 for MTAP. <br /> E. THE VILLAGE OF THE OARS PRELIMINARY PLAN <br /> The Board approved the Preliminary Plan for the Village of the Oaks <br /> subject to the conditions contained in the Resolution of Approval as attached <br /> to these minutes on pages The property is located in <br /> Bingham Township on the southwest side of Mebane Oaks Road and Bradshaw Quarry <br /> Road. The tract size is 9.54 acres out of 48.43 acres with six (6) lots <br /> proposed. The property is zoned Agricultural Residential and Protected <br /> Watershed II. A public road is proposed. <br /> F. Z-4-93 MARILYN AND DAVID LINER - ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT <br /> The Board approved a Zoning Atlas amendment for property located <br /> on the west side of Efland-Cedar Grove Road approximately 650 feet north of <br /> US Highway 70 on the south side of McGowan Creek. The current zoning is <br /> Residential I and Protected Watershed II. The Board approved rezoning this <br /> property which is 4. 18 acres to Residential-3. The Protected Watershed II <br /> classification will stay the same. <br /> G. RAINEYWOOD SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN <br /> The Board approved the Preliminary Plan for the Raineywood <br /> Subdivision subject to the conditions contained in the Resolution of Approval <br /> as attached to these minutes on pages The property is <br /> located on the north side of Lebanon Church Road off the east side of Daniels <br /> Farm Road. Seven lots are proposed out of 9.8 acres. A public road is <br /> proposed. <br /> H. PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT SITE PLAN REVIEW AND <br /> COMPLIANCE PERMIT REQUIRED <br /> The Board approved a Zoning Ordinance text amendment that would add <br /> language to Article 14 and Article 21 of the Zoning Ordinance and clearly <br /> explain that a site plan approval with or without a zoning compliance permit <br /> does not establish a vested right to develop a project in the absence of an <br /> approved Site Specific Development Plan.
