CLASSIFICATION PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> This item was removed from the Consent Agenda and considered under <br /> "Items Removed from the Consent Agenda" . <br /> D. APPOINTMENT OF TAX ASSESSOR AND TAX COLLECTOR <br /> The Board appointed Kermit Lloyd as the Tax Assessor and John <br /> Horner as the Tax Collector to two-year terms, effective July 1, 1993. <br /> E. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CONTRACT RENEWAL <br /> The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign a contract with <br /> Human Affairs International for the period July 1, 1993 through June 30, 1994. <br /> This is a continuation of the Employee Assistance Program.
