APPOINTMENTS <br /> NOTE: All appointments were delayed except for the Board of <br /> Equalization and Review. <br /> Nominations for the Board of E & R were Sue Culbreth, Lightning Brown, <br /> Thomas Heffner, Scott Dorsett and Margaret Brown. <br /> The Board voted and the result was that Sue Culbreth, Thomas Heffner <br /> and Margaret Brown were selected as regular members and Lightning Brown and <br /> Scott Dorsett were selected as alternate members with Tom Heffner selected as <br /> Chair. <br /> XII. MINUTES - POSTPONED <br /> XIII. EXECUTIVE SESSION - NONE <br /> XIV.
