791 <br /> 5. The Final Plat shall be submitted in two phases. Phase A shall contain lots 1- <br /> 7, 9 and 18-23 and shall receive final approval by April 6, 1992. The road in <br /> Phase A would be completed by April 15, 1993. Phase B shall contain lots 8, <br /> 10-17 and the common area and shall receive final approval by December 31, <br /> 1993. The road in Phase B would be completed by December 31, 1994. III <br /> F. Certifications <br /> 1. A Certificate of Survey and Accuracy signed by a registered Land Surveyor <br /> shall be notarized on the face of the Final Plat. <br /> 2. A Certificate of Declaration and Maintenance in the form provided in Section <br /> V-D-6-b of the Orange County Subdivision Regulations signed by the <br /> landowner and developer shall be on the face of the plat and included in a <br /> document describing development restrictions to be recorded concurrently with <br /> the Final Plat. <br /> 3. The Department of Environmental Health shall certify that each lot contains a <br /> suitable area for septic disposal. <br /> 4.
