Section 3. The following transfers are anticipated to complete this project: <br />Transfer from Chapel Hill High School <br />Phase II Project $ 40,000 <br />Transfer from Future Projects Reserve Project $180,000 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br />New Middle School $220,000 <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall be in effect from the date of adoption until <br />June 30, 1992. <br />CHAPEL HILL HIGH SCHOOL PHASE II <br />CHAPEL HILL-CARRBORO CITY SCHOOLS <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br />capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is for the second phase of construction <br />of classrooms and support areas at Chapel Hill High School. The <br />project will be financed by an appropriation from the School <br />Capital Reserve Fund. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with <br />the project within the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following amounts are appropriated for this project: <br />Chapel Hill High School Project - Phase II $ (40,000) <br />Transfer to New Middle School 40,000 <br />Section 4. This ordinance supersedes all previous Chapel Hill High School <br />Phase II Capital Project Ordinances. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall be in effect from the date of adoption until <br />June 30, 1992. <br />FUTURE PROJECTS RESERVE <br />CHAPEL HILL-CARRBORO CITY SCHOOLS <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General statutes of North Carolina, the following <br />capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.
