Lunsford to <br />this Board for their first term and Verla Insko as the Commissioners' <br />representative. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />%II. MINQT88 <br />The minutes for December 11, 199 will be placed on the next <br />agenda. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Insko, seconded by Commissioner <br />Gordon to approve the minutes for February 24, 1992 as circulated. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />RIII. EBECIITIVE BESSION <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by <br />Commissioner Insko to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel <br />issue. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Chair <br />Carey to adjourn the Executive Session and to reconvene into Regular <br />Session. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />BIV. ADJOIIRNMENT <br />With no further items for discussion, Chair Carey adjourned the <br />meeting.
