ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO THE AGENDA <br /> The report on the bond referendum survey was moved to items for <br /> decision to be considered with item "C" to establish a school bond package <br /> committee. <br /> 11. AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> A. MATTERS ON THE PRINTED AGENDA <br /> Those citizens who indicated a desire to speak on an item on the <br /> printed agenda will be recognized at the appropriate time. <br /> B. MATTERS NOT ON THE PRINTED AGENDA <br /> Cecil Griffin, spokesperson for SEAL, Stop Eubanks Area Landfill, <br /> asked that a public hearing be scheduled by the Site Search Committee so that <br /> those citizens affected by the current boundaries of site OC-17 may be <br /> allowed to present their views. Most of the property owners were unaware of <br /> the addition of site 17 to the original list until after the two public <br /> hearings were held. <br /> Dr. N. K. Weng asked that the Board approve the final plat for <br /> Tanglewood Acres Subdivision leaving Storey Road as is during the sale of <br /> lots for Phase 1. He agreed to sign an agreement in which he would upgrade <br /> Storey Lane to a "paved, state road" with the subdivision of Lot B. This was <br /> referred to the County Manager for a report. <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> Chairman Moses Carey, Jr. read the public charge. <br />
