<br />Some members of the Board voiced concern that Orange County was pro- <br />viding in-kind match for Chatham County. Commissioner Whitted told Ms. <br />Williams it would be helpful to have cash contributions, in-kind con- <br />tributions and total CSA appropriations broken down by each County, Orange <br />and Chatham.
