Classification and Pay Study_ <br /> The third pay element in the Manager' s Recommended Budget <br /> is funding for implementation of the Phase II <br /> Classification and Pay study. This included Health and <br /> Social Services departments and the Phase I restudies . A <br /> report on completion of the Phase II study was provided <br /> to Commissioners at the June 3 meeting. <br /> Implementation of this study is a fundamental need. <br /> Attachment 8 summarizes some of the purposes of the <br /> position classification plan. <br /> paypres2 .doc <br />
