The staff consist of 11 Custodians <br /> and one Custodial Supervisor . They clean a total of 192 , 673 <br /> square feet of space. Orange County facilities are spread <br /> throughout the County and vary in size, function, traffic <br /> pattern, different hours and different occupants. Custodial <br /> Staff provides different levels of service for different <br /> buildings as illustrated in the "Custodial Services <br /> Schedule. " Each facility is unique and each has its ' own <br /> particular cleaning needs. <br /> In an attempt to compare the cost for in-house custodial <br /> services and contract services, I researched what some other <br /> local governments are paying for routine contract custodial <br /> services and figured cost on a per square foot basis .
