Attached is a chart <br /> summarizing the projected senior center space needs for the <br /> years 1990, 2000 and 2010. They are based on Architect Joe <br /> J. Jordan's publication, Senior Center Design and expressed <br /> space needs of agency staff. <br /> A. A Multipurpose Senior Resource Center <br /> Total Estimate - 10, 000 - 15,000 sq ft (gross floor area) <br /> According to Jordan's description, this is a type B facility <br /> with average daily attendance between 125-175 older adults. <br />
