This <br /> item was presented to amend ARTICLE 2-DEFINITIONS and ARTICLE J4 . 5- <br /> MANUFACTURED HOMES to conform with changes to the floodplain <br /> management regulations administered by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency (FEMA) . The proposed amendments include new <br /> definitions, clarifications to existing definitions, and new <br /> requirements concerning manufactured homes.
