Article 8.8 Special Uses (Camp/Retreat Centers) <br /> This item was presented to amend ARTICLE 8.8 <br /> regulations governing individual special uses by adding a new <br /> Article 8 .8 . 5 Camp/Retreat Center which sets forth specific site <br /> plan and development standards applicable to camp/retreat centers. <br /> f. This item <br /> was presented to amend SECTION III-D-2-e APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> by adding another factor which the Board of Commissioners may <br /> consider in determining whether or not to approve an amended <br /> phasing plan for a subdivision. The new provision would allow <br /> approval of an amended phasing plan if the time available to <br /> install improvements (roads, etc. ) was not extended. <br /> THERE WERE NO COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS FROM THE BOARD OF <br /> COMMISSIONERS, THE PLANNING BOARD OR CITIZENS. <br /> Commissioner Gordon asked if the Four Birch Subdivision would <br /> have been approved with this proposed amendment.
