m. <br /> 8 <br /> 1 Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br /> 2 Commissioner Halkiotis to approve the proposed amendment to Section 2 . 6 <br /> 3 of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 4 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 5 <br /> 6 F. PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO ORANGE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE AND <br /> 7 ORANGE COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE <br /> 8 REOUIREMENTS FOR A TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY <br /> 9 These proposed amendments to Article 13 of the Zoning <br /> 10 Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations outline the requirements for a <br /> 11 Traffic Impact Study. These will be inserted into the Ordinance Book <br /> 12 located in the Clerk's Office and are hereby made a part of these <br /> 13 minutes by reference. <br /> 14 Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by <br /> 15 Commissioner Halkiotis to approve the Administration's recommendation. <br /> 16 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 17 <br /> 18 G. PURCHASE OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS - STUDY GROUP PROPOSAL <br /> 19 The Administration recommends that the Agricultural Districts <br /> 20 Advisory Board be charged with the responsibility of developing a <br /> 21 proposal for a Purchase of Development Rights Program. There are only <br /> 22 three members of the present Board that want to be reappointed to serve <br /> 23 on this new committee. Marvin Collins provided a list of candidates for <br /> 24 membership on this committee. <br /> 25 Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br /> 26 Commissioner Hartwell to charge the Agricultural Districts Advisory <br /> 27 Board with developing a Purchase of Development Rights proposal in <br /> 28 conjunction with the staffs of the Soil Conservation Service, <br /> 29 Agricultural Extension Service, Agricultural Stabilization and <br /> 30 Conservation Service, and Planning & Inspections Department. <br /> 31 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Appointments to this committee will be considered at the next <br /> 34 regular meeting. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 <br /> 37 XI. APPOINTMENTS <br /> 38 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION - Mr.Edward G. Siebert was <br /> 39 appointed to an "AT LARGE" position. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 <br /> 42 XII.
