ANIMAL SHELTER PROJECT <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital <br /> project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for the construction of an addition to <br /> the existing Animal Shelter in Chapel Hill. The project will be <br /> financed by bond proceeds, appropriations from the County Capital <br /> reserve Fund, and a contribution from the Animal Protection <br /> Society. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with th <br /> project within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Bond Funds $300,000 <br /> Transfer from County Capital <br /> Reserve Fund 23,452 <br /> Miscellaneous Revenue 61. 031 <br /> Total Revenue $384,483 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Animal Shelter Project $384,483 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Animal Shelter Capital <br /> Project Ordinances <br /> Section 6.
