The proposed <br /> amendments include a time limit on appeals of minor subdivisions, as <br /> well as major subdivision concept plans and final plats. <br /> O. PROPOSED SUBDIVISION REGULATION TEXT AMENDMENT - DEFINITION <br /> OF MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> To approve an amendment to the definition of minor <br /> subdivision in Section II of the Subdivision Regulations. <br /> P. SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS TEXT AMENDMENT - FLAG LOTS <br /> To approve an amendment to expand the criteria used in <br /> permitting the creation of flag lots. <br /> Q. SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS TEXT AMENDMENT - DEFINITIONS <br /> (SUBDIVISION) <br /> To approve an amendment to the Subdivision Regulations to <br /> allow the combination or recombination of non-conforming lots. <br /> R. ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR CARDEN'S MOBILE HOME PARK <br /> After discussion, a motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, <br /> seconded by Commissioner Willhoit to approve and authorize the Chair to <br /> sign the agreement between the County and the owners of Carden's Mobile <br /> Home Park, outlining the financial responsibility of the owners for <br /> maintaining, replacing, etc. , the force main between the waste treatment <br /> and pumping facility at the mobile home park and the discharge point at <br /> Stoney Creek; to approve and authorize the Chair to sign the <br /> encroachment agreement among NCDOT, the County, and the owners of <br /> Carden's Mobile Home Park. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> S. MEETING SCHEDULE FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1991 <br /> The consensus of the Board was that this item could be <br /> approved now and reviewed for any necessary changes later in the year. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall to approve the regular meeting schedule of the Board of <br /> Commissioners for the calendar year 1991. <br />
