121 <br /> Adopted this 6 day of August, 1990. <br /> CHAPEL HILL HIGH SCHOOL PHASE I <br /> CHAPEL HILL-CARRBORO CITY SCHOOLS <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br /> 13 . 2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the <br /> following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for the initial phase of <br /> construction of classrooms and support areas at Chapel Hill <br /> High School. The project will be financed by bond proceeds. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed <br /> with the project within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this <br /> project. <br /> Bond Proceeds $5, 172,962 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Chapel Hill High School $5, 172,962 <br /> Project - Phase I <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Chapel Hill High <br /> School Phase I Capital Project Ordinances. <br /> Section 6. This ordinance shall be in effect from the date of adoption <br /> until June 30, 1992. <br /> Adopted this 6 day of August, 1990. <br /> E. FOREST SERVICE CONTRACT <br /> To approve and authorize the Chair to sign the renewal of the <br /> annual agreement between Orange County and the Department of <br /> Environment, Health and Natural Resources. <br /> F. APPROVAL OF THE TITLE III-B AND D CONTRACT <br /> To approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Title III-B <br /> & D Older Americans Act (Social Services/Senior Center Operations) <br /> contract with the Triangle J Council of Governments effective July 1, <br /> 1990 through June 30, 1991 for federal/state funds in the amount of <br /> $140,775. County matching funds would not increase over previous years. <br /> G. BOARD OF E & R MINUTES <br /> To approve the Board of Equalization and Review minutes for <br /> _ 4 June 26, 1990 meeting. All minutes for the 1990 session of the <br /> Board of E & R are in the minute book marked accordingly in the Clerk's <br />
