REVISION OF THE PERSONNEL ORDINANCE - SECOND READING <br /> To approve the revisions to Article I, section 4. 16 and <br /> Article II, section 3 . 0 of the Personnel Ordinance. To delete sections <br /> 8. 11 through 8. 14 of Article III of the Personnel Ordinance and insert <br /> new Sexual Harassment Policy as section 2. 0 of Article II, thereby <br /> renumbering all following sections of Article II. <br /> The relevant sections of the Personnel Ordinance follow: <br /> ARTICLE 1 <br /> 2. 0 Sexual Harassment Policy <br /> PURPOSE <br /> The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines, and to establish <br /> that Orange County prohibits all forms of sexual harassment of <br /> applicants, employees, and citizens conducting business with county <br /> government employees. <br /> POLICY <br />
