5 <br /> Project # 7 Central Orange Senior Center; Adult Day <br /> Health Care Facility; Triangle Sportsplex <br /> The Central Orange Senior Center and Adult Day Health Care Facility opened in <br /> January of 2009. The Triangle Sportsplex opened in late spring of 2009. All of <br /> these facilities are fully operational and serving the residents of Orange County. <br /> Staff is working toward the installation of permanent signage, an energy saving <br /> low emissivity ceiling for the ice rink, and high efficiency replacement lighting for <br /> the rink and pool facilities. Encumbrances for these items are estimated at <br /> approximately $162,000. Project close out during FY 2011 is anticipated. <br /> The designer is Corley, Redfoot, Zack Architects of Chapel Hill, NC; the General <br /> Contractor is Resolute Building Company of Chapel Hill, NC. <br /> Combined Project Budgets $11,037,407 <br /> Expense $10,607,406 <br /> Encumbered $62,004 <br /> LPrqject Balance $367,997 <br />
