Commissioner Barnes said this proposed <br />amendment now returned to the Planning Board for review and recommendation <br />before they forwarded it to the Board of Commissioners for final action. <br />Commissioner Barnes adjourned the joint meeting. Commissioner <br />Barnes said she did not answer for any information the newspapers printed. <br />Commissioner Whitted said the Statue referring to bid requests was strictly <br />adhered to by the Board. <br /> <br />
