PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT UNC SCHOOL OF MEDICINE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF OB/GYN <br /> The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the <br /> contract with the UNC-School of Medicine, Department of OB/GYN, for the <br /> services of a third-year resident to provide medical services in the <br /> Maternal Health Clinic. <br /> F. CONTRACT RENEWAL - JAIL MEDICAL <br /> The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the <br /> contract with Orange Family Medical Group. P.A. for Jail Medical <br /> Services through June 30, 1992 for a sum of $12, 000 per year. <br /> G. BID AWARD - AMBULANCES <br /> The Board approved awarding the bid to FIRST RESPONSE, INC. , <br /> for two Type One Walk-Through Ambulances at the purchase price of <br /> $54, 175 each.
