The project authorized is the Community Development project <br /> as described in the work statement contained in the grant <br /> agreement 88-C-7730 between this unit and the Department <br /> of Natural Resources and Community Development. This <br /> project is more familiarly known as the Rencher Street <br /> Community Development Project. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed <br /> with the grant project within the grant document, the rules <br /> and regulations of the North Carolina Department of Human <br /> Resources and the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to <br /> complete this project: <br /> Intergovernmental - Community Development <br /> Block Grant $ 600,000 <br /> Transfer from Other Funds 125,000 <br /> Program Income 300 <br /> Total Revenue $ 725, 300 <br /> Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for this project: <br /> Rencher Street Grant Project $ 725,300 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Community <br /> Development Rencher Street Grant Project Ordinances. <br /> Section 6. The finance officer is hereby directed to maintain within <br /> the Community Development Fund sufficient specific detailed <br />
