EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FEES: The fee for all non-emergency <br /> transportation calls provided by Orange County will be $60.00 per call plus$3.00 <br /> per patient transported mile. <br /> SECTION IX. SCHEDULE B LICENSE: In accordance with Schedule B of the Revenue Act <br /> (Article 2, Chapter 105 of the NC State Statutes) and any other section of the General <br /> Statutes so permitting, there are hereby levied privilege license taxes in the maximum <br /> amount permited on businesses, trades, occupations or professions which the County is <br /> entitled to tax. <br /> SECTION X. BUDGET CONTROL: General Statutes of the State of North Carolina provide for <br /> budgetary control measures to exist between a county and public school system. The Board <br /> of commissioners hereby directs the following measures for budget administration and <br /> review: <br /> Per General Statute 115-429(c), the Board of Education shall supply a copy of its final <br /> budget(once adopted) including the Uniform State Budget format, annual audit, monthly ,, <br /> financial reports, copies of all budget amendments to the Board of Commissioners as to the <br /> disbursement and use of local monies granted to the Board of Education by the Board of <br /> Commissioners. <br /> SECTION XI. ENCUMBRANCES: Operating funds encumbered by the County as of June 30, 1991, <br /> are hereby reappropriated to this budget. <br /> This budget being duly adopted this 25th day of June, 1991. <br /> Beverly A.
