377 <br /> 3 <br /> 4 . A Type E Land Use Buffer shall be provided along NC 57 . The <br /> buffer shall be 75 feet in width and provide sufficient <br /> vegetation to meet the standards of Section IV-B-8-e of the <br /> Subdivision Regulations. The Department of Environmental Health shall certify that <br /> each lot contains a suitable area for septic disposal and <br /> adequate repair area. <br /> 3 .
