CABLE TV FRANCHISE - CABLEVISION OF DURHAM (SECOND READING) <br /> To approve the second reading of the Cable TV Franchise <br /> between Cablevision of Durham and Orange County. This Ordinance grants <br /> a franchise to Cablevision of Durham, Inc. to construct and maintain a <br /> cable television system within a delineated portion of the <br /> unincorporated areas of Orange County. The Ordinance is hereby made a <br /> part of these minutes by reference and is attached to these minutes on <br /> pages <br /> E. CABLE TV SYSTEM ORDINANCE AMENDMENT (SECOND READING) <br /> To approve the second reading of the amendment to the Cable <br /> TV System Ordinance as stated below: <br /> THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA ORDAINS: <br /> Section XVI(a) (vi) is rewritten to read: <br /> (vi) The grantee shall log all calls for service, <br /> identifying the caller, the address of the caller, a <br /> description of the complaint including the location of any <br /> failure of DATV service. This log shall be tabulated upon <br /> request of the county manager, and the tabulation shall be <br /> delivered to the county manager upon its completion. <br /> This ordinance amendment shall become effective November 20, <br /> 1990. <br /> F.
