BUDGET ORDINANCE AMENDMENT #6 <br /> To approve the budget ordinance amendments, grant project <br /> ordinance and capital project ordinance as listed below: <br /> COUNTY CAPITAL RESERVE FUND <br /> Source - Appropriated Fund Balance $ 23,452 <br /> Appropriation - Transfer to County $ 23,452 <br /> Capital Projects Fund <br /> (To budget additional funds for the Animal Shelter <br /> Expansion Project) <br /> Source - Appropriated Fund Balance $ 18,852 <br /> Appropriation - Transfer to County $ 18,852 <br /> Capital Projects Fund <br /> (To budget additional funds for the Old Courthouse <br /> Landscaping project) <br /> Source - Appropriated Fund Balance $ 61,500 <br /> Appropriation - Transfer to County $ 61,500 <br /> Capital Projects Fund <br /> (To budget funds for the Land Acquisition project) <br /> LAND ACQUISITION PROJECT <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br /> 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the <br /> following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized will provide funds for the acquisition <br /> of land for future public facilities. The project will be <br /> financed by appropriations from the County Capital Reserve <br /> Fund. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed <br /> with the project within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this <br /> project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund $ 61,500 <br />
