Mandated by the state legis- <br /> lature, the regional plan addresses transportation, land use, air <br /> --°- quality, infill development, and public services and infrastructure. <br /> Working closely with the Regional Planning Coalition,comprised of <br /> elected officials of the five jurisdictions in the Las Vegas Valley,Clar- <br /> ion prepared a plan that focuses on implementation,to conform to <br /> state law requirements for local plan consistency with the regional <br /> plan.
