TYPES OF ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> Land within the city is generally classified by this Ordinance to be within one of a number of base zoning distHct& <br /> Land may be reclassified to one of a number of a comparable conditional zoning districts in accordance with Section <br /> 3 Conditional Rezoning, or to one of several planned development zoning distdas in accordance with <br /> Section 30.2.C3,Planned Development.
