In the interest of time remaining for the transaction of business, the Board decided to bring to a Eater agenda items 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24. Agenda Item 16: A Resolution Establishing a Special Boa rd~o_-f_Equalization and Review for ~~ roman a Count "'-" The Tax Supervisor told the Board that a Board of Equalization and Review, may not meet before Apri].1 to consider cases nor after June 30. However, the Board of Equalization and Review may meet to organize prior to April land after June 30 to consider those appeals already on file. during discussion the Board agreed to a seven member board with terms effective immediately and expiring the first Monday in August. Commissioner Walker moved to adopt the Resolution establishing a special Board of Equalization and Review for Orange County-incorporating the suggested seven members with terms as defined in the preceeding paragraph.
