In the interest of time remaining for the transaction of business, <br />the Board decided to bring to a Eater agenda items 20, 21, 22, 23 and <br />24. <br />Agenda Item 16: A Resolution Establishing a Special <br />Boa rd~o_-f_Equalization and Review for ~~ <br />roman a Count "'-" <br />The Tax Supervisor told the Board that a Board of Equalization and <br />Review, may not meet before Apri].1 to consider cases nor after June 30. <br />However, the Board of Equalization and Review may meet to organize prior <br />to April land after June 30 to consider those appeals already on file. <br />during discussion the Board agreed to a seven member board with terms <br />effective immediately and expiring the first Monday in August. <br />Commissioner Walker moved to adopt the Resolution establishing <br />a special Board of Equalization and Review for Orange County-incorporating <br />the suggested seven members with terms as defined in the preceeding <br />paragraph. Commissioner Gustaveson seconded the motion. Vote: ayes, <br />5; noes; 0. <br />A.
