GQneral Statutes that provides water.and/or sewer <br /> service to the public. <br /> Aw Service Areas and Interest Area Boundaries <br /> The service area and interest area boundaries are as shown in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> B. .Adherence to Boundaries <br /> 1. The boundaries on the .nap (Appendix A.) define the areas <br /> in which the parties may provide water and sewer service, <br /> and no party to this agreement shall extend service beyond <br /> the designated boundaries, except as provided in this <br /> agreement. In no case shall service be extended beyond <br /> the boundaries of Orange County without the approval of <br /> the eXocted beards which exercise planning jurisdiction on <br /> either side of lbe County boundary. Any extension of lines <br /> or service into Chatham County requires the approval of <br /> orange County,Chapel I-Ell or Carrboro,and OWASA. <br /> 2.
