Commissioner Barnes noted
the need for an additional worker to operate the County's switchboard,
saying only 20 hours a week may be spent on the job site so that two persons
were needed to provide support coverage where previously only one was
required. Commissioner Willhoit offered an amendment to Commissioner's
Gustaveson's motion to allocate one of the eight positions to the County
switchboard and the remaining seven to JOCCA.
