<br />Those certain premises comprising a portion of the project known as Old Well Condominium II, said
<br />project having been established as a horizontal property regime by Master Deed and Declaration and By-
<br />Laws dated August 2, 1983, and recorded in Book 429, Page 120, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />for Orange County, North Carolina, under and pursuant to the provisions of The North Carolina Unit
<br />Ownership Act, the premises hereby conveyed being more particularly described as follows:
