6. WFN, Inc. Fee Structure <br />WFN, Inc. Fixed Price Contract <br />WFN, Inc. has prepared this Proposal for the preparation of the Orange County HOME Consortium's <br />Five-Year Consolidated Plan to include an Artnlysis of hnpedi~irents to Fair• Housing Choice. As <br />such, WFN, Inc. will work closely with the appropriate Consortium personnel, housing professionals, <br />nonprofits, and all other local, state and federal agencies to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date <br />information for inclusion in this report. <br />As such, WFN, Inc. proposes a $20,000 fixed-rate fee for the research, developtent, and <br />implementation of the Orange County HOME Consortium's 5-Year Consolidated Plan to include a <br />Housing Market Analysis, Housing and Notr-housing Comtmunity Development Needs Analysis, <br />Three to Five-Year Strategies and Objectives, Required Charts, Data Tables and Supporting <br />Materials fora $15,000 fixed-rate fee for the research, development and preparation of the Analysis <br />of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice.
