The process of Consolidated Planning provides the Orange County HOME <br />Consortium with an opportunity to mold the various housing and community development programs <br />into effective, coordinated neighborhood and community development strategies. This planning process <br />provides the County with an opportunity to integrate its economic, physical, environmental, <br />community, and human development components into a comprehensive and coordinated effort in <br />order to facilitate the conmzuttications among families and community agencies so titat they can work <br />together and thrive. WFN, Ittc. will develop a strategic Comprehensive Plan that will establish <br />program goats, specific objectives, annual goals, and benchmarks for measuring progress. <br />2. Specific Consolidated Plan Experience <br />Since 1982, WFN, Inc. has completed all planning and tnattagement activities for the CDBG <br />Programs in Clayton, Cobb and Gwinnett Counties and has completed 14 Consolidated Plans.
