<br />and local grant programs. WFN, Inc. collectively prepares four Action Plans annually for our four
<br />CDBG Program Management client jurisdictions, as well as fourteen Consolidated Plans over the
<br />past thirty-eight years. Our staff of 40 employees provides the company with a broad range of
<br />education and experience in various aspects of grants administration, including program planning,
<br />proposal writing, program development, program implementation, program evaluation, monitoring,
<br />financial management and legislation.

<br />progranunatic technical qualifications, including construction management, housing rehabilitation,

<br />since 1998. During the years that WFN, Inc. has administered Clayton County, Gwinnett Coultty and
<br />Cobb County's grant programs, WFN, Inc. has provided all aspects of program planning, design,
<br />implementation, and administration services. The programs have been managed efficiently through
