Vote: ayes, 5; <br /> f <br /> noes, 0. <br /> S Agenda Item 4: Tax Assessment Appeals <br /> 3 <br /> Mr. James B. Rigsbee requested the Board grant an adjustment in <br /> i the tax value of his property (tax map 7A.B.1, 7A.B.15, and 7A.A.19) <br /> since the Orange County Health Department determined this property <br /> unsuitable for septic system. The Chairman told Mr. Rigsbee the <br /> Board would consider his appeal and would notify him within 30 days <br /> E <br /> u <br /> : of the decision. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Mr. Marshall Spears, Attorney, appeared on behalf of Mr. Donald <br /> f Page (tax map 20, lot 3, in Little River Township) requesting the Board <br /> i <br /> abate foreclosure costs. <br /> Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, to <br /> grant the requested release of costs associated with foreclosure <br /> and to allow the Tax Supervisor, Mr. Page and his attorney to meet <br /> and determine the amount of back taxes due on this property. <br /> Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> 0 <br />
