He said that this vision plan is not <br /> going to be just locally determined because it is a statewide plan. <br /> Commissioner Yuhasz said that it sounds like, with Option 3 ( from the Manager's <br /> recommendation), that DOT will continue to work with Orange County on a local transportation <br /> plan and giving Orange County the opportunity to continue to question whether or not NC 86 <br /> needs to be built this way.
