Reduce the number of boards and commissions the BOCC serves on <br /> 27 2. Guidelines for Commissioners being on boards <br /> 28 3. Better communication lines from boards to commissioners and vice versa <br /> 29 4. Better process for recruiting and selecting members of the boards/commissioners <br /> 30 5. Ensure boards have a clearly defined mission that fits into County's goals and priorities <br /> 31 6. 6. Identify which boards/commissions support goats & priorities of the County <br /> 32 7. Better communication from BOCC liaisons that serve on Advisory boards and <br /> 33 commissions <br /> 34 8. Ensure boards and commissions do not have overlap and duplicated efforts <br /> 35 9. Include Representatives boards/commissions in restructuring p�ocess <br /> 36 10. Increase process for convening ABC(advisory board and commissions) around goals <br /> 37 11. Include broader prospective of ABCs of how members relate to the goals <br /> 38 12. Develop clarity of county staff relationships with ABCs <br /> 39 13. Recognition of ABCs at BOCC meetings <br /> 40 14.
